Whenever I right click on an avi file to look at properties and preview, I get an error "Video not available, cannot find 'vids:IV32' decompressor" . On some avi's the error states 'vids:cv32' instead of IV32, but in either case, I get the audio portion of the file without the accompanying video multimedia.
